Quality Inn & Suites Ocean City Fenwick

Lots of food for breakfast, which was great to satisfy everyone.

Everything was simply nice. My stay was fairly nice on vacation. It was in a magnificent location close to Golf Down Under. This hotel was in a pretty nice area near to the beach and restaurants and Ocean City. Welcoming staff, provided useful info.

Everything and housekeeper was very friendly and wonderful

hotel is perfectly located on one side (quiet place, ocean two steps), on the other side to the Boardwalk about 10 km, only by car, everything is not easy with parking and cost of these parking lots. Breakfast is great. set is standard for the States. Breakfast is excellent. There's a good kitchen area. There's a table for lunch. Parking at the hotel is free and there is always room. Nearby (30 minutes by car) a couple of decent Outlets. In one of the reviews I read you have to pay for the beach. Next to the best CRAB CAKE on the coast (from our point of view) in Rib's House and place itself is decent. cafes are cheaper too. 10 minutes by car a large supermarket LION'S FOOD with a lot of frozen food.

Minuses. 1. staff doesn't bother with anything. Requests are written down on leaflets, are immediately successfully lost. safe hasn't been repaired as long as they haven't been told. bed collapsed a little, cured with a stretched sheet. Of course, it's useless. ironing board was broken, in the end they ironed the bed without achieving anything... 2. It's an old hotel. You have to understand that. there aren't many new hotels in Ocean City and price is godless. 3. There aren't many seats for breakfast. It's always a line, people just don't really have anywhere to sit. 4. place has a promenade zone for evening walks, no NO NO, just a small sidewalk (side road) along the road.

Room was comfortable Walking distance to beach Staff very prompt and friendly

The sofa bed was overused and was not comfortable for a child - the wires were poking the child. Balcony was dirty and smelled Comforter was stained Rio Grande Restaurant was poorly managed No complimentary breakfast for the money paid

Not enogh towels or was cloths 4 my family. No onsite Laduary

Location and dining facilities

I had 2 small children under the age of 10. Pool was occupied by a group that.. 1. Cursed so much I needed to leave (Sat) 2. Times I think there was no parental supervision to some of the kids who were jumping in the pool not paying attention

Definitely the location was great. The beach was almost right behind the hotel and there were many attractions around the hotel like mini golf and stuff.

The staff at the front counter was not nice at all. We weren't greeted or anything when we tried to check in. We had to wait until she(the staff) finished her personal phone call. Very rude and unprofessional staff makes good hotel look horrible.

Kitchenette

At check in staff wasn't polite at all. Requested a different ocean view room and staff asked if I mind moving to pool side. Internet service was horrible. Mold in bathroom and balcony. Dust everywhere. Elevator was dirty and dusty. Beds were uncomfortable.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpfull. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location was within walking distance to the beach, restuarants, mini golf and the bus.

The only downside to the property is that there were too many local residents using the facilities. So the pool, cafe and tiki bar was very crowded during the afternoon and evening making it hard to enjoy the facilities that came with the room. Also it would be nice to be able to turn off the dusk to dawn light on the balcony. It was very bright and shined through the curtains making it difficult to sleep at night.

The bed was comfortable and we used the table and chairs for our meals.

We used the kitchen and could of used a lid for the pot. We didn't use the chairs on the balcony except for hanging towels. They looked stained.

While the bathroom could use a thorough cleaning, the friendly staff and great breakfast were good. The pool offered a refreshing retreat amid Ocean City's vibrant scene.

Softer beds. Could be cleaner...over stove exhaust/light underneath was filthy..needs cleaning and painting. Top was painted, but not underside. Overall though, was good. New refrigerator, stove, countertops. Pool needs to be heated when water/ temp is cool.

Price, 170.00 a night is way too expensive for OC and these rooms, but most places charge this plus. Ridiculous. If the ocean was not so close to home we would never go for the price they charge.
